Taste: My Life Through Food

This book is superb, It is very easy to imagine you are in the room with Stanley Tucci, describing various stages of his upbringing and adult life. If you love Italy and food, that is a bonus. The amount of information about authentic Italian dishes is delicious

This is a fabulous book whether you're familiar with Mr Tucci or not. His love of food and feeding others is apparent and along with a few name drops - who wouldn't?! - he shares some of his favourite recipes. Such a great read and one that'll have you salivating and running to the kitchen (or drinks cabinet!).

I would normally buy books on KIndle, but thought no for a change I will buy a physically copy. I am so glad that I did. This is not your normal Bigraphy, but based around Stanley's obsession with food, and tales from his life with a food theme.There are so many stories in the book that I kept thinking, yes, something similar happened to me. One in particular stood out about a food experience in Normandy that anybody who has been and tried this particular food item will absolutely relate to.Anybody who enjoys their food and a well written book will love this.
