I have done some research that I have found that Nutricost vitamin b complex is probably the most complete vitamin b supplement available. The reason is that it as a complex formula including many formulations of vitamin b. Provides an enormous amount of vitamin b complex with the one easy capsule. I have been taking them for a while. Most recently I had a blood test that revealed that my vitamin b was the highest level.
