The best Mother’s Day gift ever
The best Mother’s Day gift ever! We bought this vacuum for my wife, and she completely fell in love with it from the very first use. Honestly, it has been one of the best purchases for our home. It cleans amazingly well, leaves the floors spotless, and saves so much time. We love that it vacuums and washes at the same time, plus it’s super easy to use and very lightweight. The battery lasts a long time, and the self-cleaning station is a huge bonus because it practically does everything on its own. Perfect for homes with kids, pets, or lots of daily activity. My wife says cleaning is now much faster and far less exhausting. The quality feels premium, and the modern design looks great in the house. I definitely recommend this vacuum 100%. If you’re looking for a useful, elegant gift that will truly make mom happy, this is the perfect Mother’s Day gift.

This vacuum cuts my cleaning routine in half and works great with animal hair.
I was hesitant to make this big purchase. I'm so glad that I did. I have 2 kids, a dog (Golden Retriever), a long-haired cat, and a construction working husband. Needless to say, our house gets tracked up easily. We have a ranch style house. The main floor is 2500 sq/ft. Only the bedrooms have carpet. Everything else is vinyl flooring. Before purchasing this, I would vacuum everything then mop and bucket. It was so much work with going back and forth rinsing out the mop and moving chairs back and forth. It was always a big, long chore I was never excited about doing. I have been looking at these machines for a while and wasn't ready to invest. Mostly due to reading reviews about animal hair. I have read a lot that said it doesn't work well for that. I will say with a dog and cat that shed it does work well. I do vacuum the corners were the hair likes to collect in little dust piles first with our cordless vacuum just because I don't want to have issues with it. Thats a quick easy thing for me to do first. Then I used this vacuum and mop around the house. The first time I used it I knew our floors were dirty. It was winter and the kids and dog would track in the salt and dirt from the driveway. So, when the smart function on the machine said the floors were dirty, I would go slow over the floors and the machine goes into turbo mode. I continue over the spot until the light on the top will turn green. This used a lot of the battery because of how dirty my floors were. The battery didn't make it halfway through the house. I was a little disappointed, but I do realize the machine was running hard. I put it on the charger, and it takes a long time to charge up. I did the rest of the house later that day and it worked great. I was so surprised at how well it cleaned the floors. I like the fact that it has a dirty water and clean water tank. That way you're not using the same water to clean the floors and push the same crud around. With our larger area to be cleaned I have to empty the tank out about 5 to 6 times during moping. It's very easy to do. I dump the dirty water tank in the toilet. It has a hair collector/strainer at the top of the tank to collect all the bigger debris that gets in the tank. This is nice to just grab what's on the top and toss it in the trash and dump the rest. When you are finished you run the self-cleaning cycle and dump out the tank. It comes with a bristle brush to clean the tanks out which is really nice. I set them to the side to dry out, so I don't get a mold/musty/stinky tank. I also take the roller off the bottom and set it up right to dry evenly. The base has storage attachments to keep everything together, so nothing gets lost. I find myself moping the floors more often and house is staying cleaner. When I keep up on the moping I can do the whole house on one battery charge. If I wait a while and the floors get really dirty, I do have to stop and recharge the machine up and finish the rest after it's done charging. This works great for my dog and cat hair. I haven't had a problem with clogging or it not picking up the hair. The base just goes by a plug in our locker room out of site from everything and is sturdy. I'm so glad I purchased this, and I use it often. I highly recommend it if you have a large area of flooring that you vacuum and mop. It cuts your time in half.

Worked for 6 months, totally not worth it
Unfortunately this machine only actually worked for about 6 months... I know, the reviews are great. I even had good friends who had it and loved it so I decided to get one since all 2600 sq. ft. of our home has hard wood floors. What a disaster! In the beginning... this machine was great. It was easy to use, worked like a dream, and I used it 2-3 times a week. At about the 4 month mark it started having troubles. The "Start Cleaning Cycle" alarm would go off constantly. My husband joked that it talked more than I did. Even if I had deep cleaned it before putting it on the base and then ran it's cleaning cycle on the base it would still tell me to run the cleaning cycle. The thing was spotless yet it would tell me that it needed another cleaning cycle. It did it while on the charging base, upon start up, while running, all the time. Shortly after it became possessed a piece fell off. The white piece that helps it connect to the charger began to come loose and then just fell completely off. This machine has been spoiled. I don't run into things with it. It's not doing steps or concrete or tight corners. Yet after a short period this piece just fell off. After the piece fell off it started to leak, really bad. It would leave puddles of water on the floor. It would leave a trail of water anywhere it went. It didn't matter if it was reclined or completely upright. It leaked all the time. So now it has a piece that won't stay on so it can charge, it's leaking all over so it's going thru water every 5 minutes and making more of a mess than it's cleaning, and the voice box is possessed. I tried customer service but they were less than helpful. Total waste of time reaching out. So given they weren't going to help I ended up Gorilla gluing the piece that kept falling out. This helped some but not enough. It didn't leave as much water on the floor which meant I also didn't have to fill and empty it every 5 minutes. However, it still leaks like a sieve when off and going from room to room. Also, nobody mentioned that you need to replace the roller every month, which runs between $10-$20 dollars each. And you need to buy their "special" cleaning fluid for it. It's not just a one time investment. I was lucky and paid much less than they are going for today but it still it hurts to spend hundreds of dollars on a machine that was supposed to make things easier but after a few months starts making things harder. At this point it's more trouble than it's worth so it's going into the trash. Which again stinks because these machines will all end up in the landfills after a short time in use. Save yourself the headache and the $$$ and stick with your wet jet or mop. I'm going back to a mop, swiffer wet jet, etc. They don't yell at me, don't need refilled and emptied all the time, don't leave puddles on my floor, don't cost hundreds of dollars, and don't make more work for me.

Makes cleaning easier, but I want to see long term
I like this vaccumm, but I also understand why some people are careful before buying it. It is not cheap, so you expect it to work well, save time, and last for a while. For cleaning hard floors, it makes the job much easier. It picks up dirty water, sticky spots, and small messes better than a regular mop. I especially like that I can see the dirty water going into the tank, because it makes me feel like the floor is actually getting cleaned instead of just spreading water around. The self-cleaning feature is also nice because I don’t have to deal with a dirty mop head after using it. It is not perfect. You still have to empty and rinse the tanks, and it takes a little space to store. Also, my biggest concern is long-term durability. So far mine is working good, but with something this price, I want to see how the battery and parts hold up after more use. For now, I’m happy with it. If it keeps working like this, then I would say it’s worth it, especially if you have a lot of hard floor at home.

Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Cleaning Performance – Worth Every Penny! I am extremely impressed with the Tineco Floor ONE S5. It has completely changed my cleaning routine. The ability to vacuum and mop at the same time saves so much time and leaves my floors looking spotless. One of my favorite features is the smart sensor technology, which automatically adjusts the suction power and water flow based on how dirty the floor is. It easily picks up dust, pet hair, crumbs, and even wet messes without any problem. The battery life is excellent, the water tanks are easy to fill and empty, and the self-cleaning function makes maintenance incredibly simple. It is also lightweight, easy to maneuver, and comfortable to use throughout the house. My hard floors have never looked better. They come out clean, shiny, and dry very quickly after each use. The overall quality and performance exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Tineco Floor ONE S5 to anyone looking for an efficient, high-quality floor cleaner. It is one of the best home cleaning products I have ever purchased. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First cleaning and I'm impressed!
First, I'd like to say that I am replacing a Bissell Crosswave (1785A) and most of my review of the Tineco S5 is in comparison to the Bissell. I wasn't happy with the edge cleaning or room transitions of the Bissell. And if I went too quickly, it would spit water out when the mop was extended and I pulled it back. I wasn't always happy with the cleaning of the Bissell in general as it seemed to leave dirty tracks quite often even after going over it repeatedly. Full disclosure, I don't clean the floor as often as I should, so the Bissell has quite a job to do. I also probably should have replaced the roller over time, but I cleaned it by hand each use and fully dried it, and it still looks like new. And I am a vinegar solution user, which is said to be a no-no, but after years of vinegar with the Bissell, I noticed no issues with the vinegar solution on the Bissell. I was just about to order a new filter and new rollers for the Bissell and got a wild hair to try something else. I opted for the Tineco S5. I really wanted the corded Steam version, but it didn't edge clean, so opted for this one. With the first use of the Tineco S5, I did vacuum first because it's spring and it's been raining and there are muddy dog prints, which were still there after vacuuming. I used the Bissell 3 days ago and cleaned the whole machine (roller, dirty water and innards of the vacuum) and went over the floor a second time and it appears that the dirt just got redistributed around the floor and it looked terrible. So the Tineco had a pretty dirty floor to clean. What I like!: Noise: The Tineco is much quieter than the Bissell. In fact most people complain that the audio prompts are too loud, but I found it hard to understand what it was telling me, so will likely up the volume in the future if I think that's useful. General cleaning: I think the Tineco S5 did a great job! I feel like it's fully clean and with less effort than I've been using with the Bissell. There were no residual tracks left by the machine, the floor dried quickly and I didn't need to go over each spot nearly as often to get it clean. I did use the included Tineco cleaner and I don't notice any residue, but I will go back to a vinegar solution if I find the Tineco soap begins to leave a residue like the Bona cleaner did. Edge cleaning: I am very happy with the edge cleaning. Yes, it only cleans on one edge, and that's disappointing, but it worked well for me with just the one side and I only had to approach an edge from the other direction a couple of times in order for the right side of the machine to be at the edge. Transitions: It still wasn't perfect at room transitions (raised strips in doorways), but I was able to push the vacuum up to the transition and get it clean without leaving a bunch of water and clumps of wet dog hair like the Bissell. Ease of use: I seemed to clean the areas much faster than with my old Bissell because it's constantly outputting water. I didn't find I had to go over a spot nearly as often to pick up the dirt and it left the floor drier with each pass than the Bissell would - maybe go over a muddy footprint 2-3 times total with the Tineco rather than 5-6 and then again 3-4 times to dry it with the Bissell. Roller: I think the Tineco roller does a much better job at cleaning the floor and not leaving an uneven layer of water behind. I always thought my laminate plank floors were warped the way the Bissell left water on the floor, but I didn't get that at all with the Tineco and the water was evenly damp and left no residual marks from the wheels or the roller anywhere on my floors! Battery life: Yes, the battery does take a long time to charge, but within an hour of unboxing, it was at 75% and I took it for a spin. I did my large kitchen, a hallway and small bathroom all in about 20 minutes and was down to 38% after cleaning the floor and going through the self cleaning mode, so I should be able to do all of the floors I already cleaned, plus the mud room, master bedroom and large bathroom and run the self-cleaning mode all in a single charge. If not, I can certainly break up the cleaning and won't be that disappointed in having to wait for a recharge. Clean up: While the self cleaning mode is just ok, I still hand clean the roller, tanks and base of the machine, which it states clearly to do on the box. Why anyone would leave the dirty tank on the machine and be surprised at the smell that develops is beyond me. But the design of the Tineco makes cleaning easier and faster as there are fewer places behind the roller where hair and other debris gets hung up. I think the self-cleaning mode helps to remove hair and debris from the roller and the machine, making clean up less of a chore. And the included brush helps a bit with cleaning the filter, the dirty tank, and the port to the dirty tank. I always replace the roller after cleaning out everything and run the vacuum to suck as much water from the roller as possible, then remove the roller again to let it air dry; and still did this with the Tineco. I didn't replace the clean water tank during this process because I didn't want water flowing to the roller when I was trying to spin it dry. It seemed to work to remove excess water from the roller as there was more water in the dirty tank, so that worked fine. But the label on the machine says that the "brush" (roller?) shouldn't be submerged or rinsed, yet the instruction manual says to rinse the brush roller. I rinsed it, soaped it, rinsed it thoroughly and spun it dry on the machine so it will dry faster. Voila. What I didn't like (but aren't deal breakers)!: Tank capacity: When I was going through the self-cleaning mode, I ran out of clean water and then the dirty tank was full, so I had to stop twice during the self-cleaning mode to fill the clean tank and empty the dirty tank. I rarely had to refill the clean tank and never had to empty the dirty tank on the Bissell midway through my cleaning of the same area, so it's a little disappointing to have the smaller tank capacities. Cleaning sensor(?): As another reviewer commented, the readout never showed that the floor was dirty, so I had to manually turn on the Max cleaning mode in the dirty paw print traffic area. I noticed where I didn't have the Max cleaning on in that dirtier area, I had to go over it a second time to get the footprints up, so the Max mode was definitely needed in that area, but it didn't go into Max on its own. But I don't need a machine to do my thinking for me about where the extra dirty areas are, so I'm fine with pushing the button for the Max cleaning when I need it. Suction only mode: Apparently this model may not have a suction only mode, which is helpful if you happen to leak water on the floor while cleaning or when spinning the roller dry. It wasn't clear to me (and still isn't by the manual) whether the S5 has a Suction-only mode, so that is disappointing if it doesn't. It may be that you have to shell out more $$ on the Pro or Smart (Blue) model to get the Suction only version. I didn't feel like putting everything back together before it's dry to see if there is a Suction Only mode, but if there isn't, I will continue to remove the clean water tank to get suction only. So there. Summary: I think this is a fine machine and the Tineco S5 did a better job of cleaning my floors with less effort than before! I could get it directly from Tineco for cheaper than I bought it on Amazon, but in case I hated it right out of the box, I opted for Amazon - even though I believe I would have to work with Tineco directly if I had used it and wanted to return it, so that's food for thought. I would say that I was very happy with the performance of the Tineco and have no regrets with this purchase. If I find any other issues with the machine down the road, I will update my review.

Love this
I’ve been using my Tineco vacuum for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with how well it cleans. The biggest difference I noticed right away is how much easier it makes cleaning floors—especially since it vacuums and mops at the same time. It picks up dirt, crumbs, and everyday messes with no problem, and I love how it leaves the floor looking clean without streaks or leftover water. It saves me a lot of time compared to using a regular vacuum and mop separately. It’s also really easy to use and maneuver around the house. The cordless design makes it convenient, and I like that it has a self-cleaning function so I don’t have to deal with the roller mess after every use. The only downsides are that the battery only lasts so long for bigger homes, and you do have to empty and clean the tanks regularly to keep it working its best. But that’s expected with a wet/dry vacuum. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Tineco vacuum. It makes cleaning faster, easier, and honestly a lot less stressful.

The Best For Cat Hair, Cat Throwup & Litter Messes
I waited 3 years to buy this. That sounds like a long time, I know but I somehow kept missing the sale that would go on for this vacuum. Instead of paying $500, I bought this during Prime Day in June 2025 for $280. Such a great deal. This is truly one of the best purchases I’ve bought for my pet filled home. This thing hasn’t once ever got clogged from the cat hair, dirt and grime it collects. My home consists of me, my husband and our four cats. So our floors are often filled with tumbleweed style cat hair balls lol. I use this vaccum for every single mess I’ve encountered in my home to truly test all of its limits because the more messes it covers… the less my problems are a hassle. This vaccum cleans up cat throw up without scattering or furthering the mess. It faithfully picks up all our cat litter messes. It wet vacuums and dry vacuums or simultaneously does both. If you want a dry vaccum only, remove the clean water tank. Yes, you will hear an error saying clean water tank is empty or missing but that’s okay just keep doing what you need to do with it. Another common error I see people in the reviews struggle with is “Clean Dirty Water Tank.” This message will always come up twice. Just ignore it and press the self clean cycle button to bypass it. You do lot need to clean the tank every single use unless that’s your preference. Though, at least pour out the dirty water tank if you have time because eventually it will create a sewer like smell. I would like to point out that for times I pickup litter, I pour outside in the grass. Depending what I’m picking up I’ll dump in toilet. Also, there is a chamber that collects the items and then the water filters through into the tank. So stuff and water stay separate. I’m also going to be honest, once the vaccum solution ran out I use a drop of dawn soap for my floors. It cleans it so well and doesn’t have crazy foamage unless I accidentally overdo it. PINESOL DOES NOT WORK. It produces a crazy amount of foam and pour on the floor. I tried it once out of curiosity and never again lol. My home is 1200sqft. This vaccum covers my whole house and remains charged up to 86%. I’ve had this vaccum for a year and the battery still has remained in the high 80s to low 90s. This vaccum is truly worth it. I didn’t want to say it but most of these negative reviewers are based from user error and a lack of knowledge or common sense. If you’re decent with technology and are quick to pick up or navigate it, you’ll have no problems. My 57yr old mother finds it easy to use too when she comes over. Some other notes: Speed is dependent on you. If you go slow and cautious it’ll take you awhile. If you move quick, you’ll be done quick. Also, the suction of the vaccum is on the side of the roller so keep the vaccum close to the edges of the wall. This vaccum is also really great at picking up tougher stains. The size is decent. Keep your back straight and maintain good positive to prevent shoulder soreness after long use too. Additionally, after a year of heavy usage I still haven’t had to put in the 2nd replacement roller. So the rollers last a long time! You don’t have to buy so many replacements. Just take it off, wash and scrub with dawn soap and it’s great. Video Note: I removed the clean water tank to show what the warning looks like but it still dry vaccums.

Game changing for cleaning!
Omg this has seriously changed my cleaning! It’s sooo easy to use and effective. We have a large dog and a toddler, I just get this out and vacuum and mop in 10mins. Floor dries super quick and looks great. I love emptying the dirty water compartment at the end of a clean to see the grime it’s picked up! I’m converting everyone I know to buy one!

Me encanta
