I didn’t start this supplement for sleep but I can say, I wake feeling rested and renewed. I started this supplement to support muscle recovery and reduce overuse injuries as a professional athlete. I’d been using most of these compounds individually for that purpose so when I found them all in one supplement for a fraction of the price, I was sold. I pair this with a collagen supplement to help support soft tissue and a D3 for maximum absorption along with BCAAs. I love how I can go to bed sore and wake up flexible and refreshed in the morning without taking anti inflammatories like Advil. This is an excellent addition to any athlete’s supplement program with a lot of added benifits.

I have tried this product and at first did not like it too much. But, after trying two other products one that made me drowsy in the morning and the other I was concerned about getting dependent on. I came back to this product read up on it in more detail and said I was going to stick with this for a while. Well happy I did it is working well and I am getting for the most part a good night sleep. Even when I wake up I have no problem going back to sleep. I am on my second bottle and can see myself sticking with this product because if really helps me get a good night sleep with no drowsiness in the morning.

These pills have been working as advertise they help me get to sleep. I kinda wished they would work a bit faster I started taking them 2 hours before my desired sleep time as I struggle to get my mind to slow down and rest. but the sleep with these pills is much better than with other products I wake up much more refreshed and energized. will continue to purchase. Id like to add they have a slight after taste but nothing to harsh .

I don't have a problem going to sleep, but wake up often and have been using Doxylamine 75 mg (Unisom) every night to help me easily fall back to sleep. I was wanting to get onto something natural as there are risks with long term use of Doxylamine. My doctor gave me a list of supplements that are natural and safe to use long term. I was looking for ONE supplement (rather than 6 separate), and one that was produced in accordance with quality standards mandated by the FDA. This checks the boxes! It is also reasonably priced :-) I take 2 capsules every night. They're your typical capsule and fairly easy to swallow. There was a transition period of about a week where I would wake up and it would take me a while to get back to sleep. Once I made it through that, this has been working just as well for me as the Doxylamine - but better for me! Taste is fine

There is ALOT in these capsules, and one would be wise to look at each ingredient and also how much of each ingredient is in each capsule. The directions say to take 2, but I just took one to be on the safe side. After several nights I began to get terrible headaches and stomach aches; so I am stopping it and will look for a lower dose of melatonin if I decide to use it at all. It did help me sleep, but the dreams, thoughts, and nightmares were horrendous. I did not feel well rested the next day because of the intense dreams. Melatonin is being consumed at much too high of doses; I am concerned there will soon be fall out from this. Don’t get so desperate to sleep that you ignore the facts. I am prone to migraines, but these pills gave me headaches that no migraine med would touch. I was in bed for 2 days suffering

I bought these for my dad, who suffers from a neurologic movement disorder. He used to have trouble sleeping. He would wake up many times a night, also waking his care givers up. Prescription sleep aids and relaxants didn't work. This helps him relax and sleep better than the prescriptions he used.

I use this every night. Keeps my leg cramps away and I fall asleep soon after a few deep breaths.

I’ve take two caps a night using about 3 bottles. Recently it’s become ineffective. For short term it can help fall asleep but not for long. lately I’ve noticed heartburn about 30 minutes afterwards. So I’ve stopped. Now to search for something else.

It helps to calm me down and relax for whole night sleep. I greatly recommended.
