I like it except for the plastic bottle. It has a smooth taste and it's good for your kidneys. Unfortunately I won't buy it again because you really want glass with any oils you consume

This pumpkin seed oil is very dark in color and tastes almost roasted, but has a nutty pumpkin flavor. I was hesitant to use it until I researched further. What I found is that cold-pressed, organic, extra virgin pumpkin seed oil is typically dark in color, depending on the thickness and type of pumpkin seed used. This is due to the presence of chlorophyll in the pumpkin seeds. My skin loves it, food tastes better, and a spoonful a day is healthy, just don’t get it on white clothes. I don’t like that it is sourced from China but the product speaks for itself, it is a great oil and I will buy lots more.

Id give it 5 stars but I dont have anything to compare it to. Its definitely robust and I'd think its completely the "real deal". Im definitely not a fan of the taste but atleast its not fake. Its smoothe, dark, and oily with a distinct flavor. I bought it to help with nutrition and fertility, so doen the hatch it will go.
