Hydro-Zyme is not sourced from corn. It is sourced from USP ingredients and porcine sources.

Are these chewable? They are chalky and seem strange to swollow

No they are not chewable. If you're having swallowing issues you can tip your head back and swallow or take with applesauce or yogurt.

Is this the real product?

I finished my bottle as this helped me digest my AM coffee better. It did help me. But when I reordered I got the Betaine HCI by Enzymedica which has higher betaine HCI. I needed a higher level of betaine.
