I ordered this for one of my daughters who seems to be prone to frequent UTIs. She finds100% cranberry juice to be very beneficial but it is pricey and not always available locally (lots of the cranberry cocktail version, though). She has tried capsules before, too -- not as effective, but very convenient to have on hand. I ran across these and thought they might be an even better alternative. I like that they are natural and free of preservatives. The main ingredients are cranberry extract (a 15:1 ratio) and sour cherry extract (a 5:1 ratio). They do contain extra sugars (sucrose + glucose syrup) and black carrot juice from concentrate + pectin, sodium citrate and citric acid as well as various berry flavors. They are hard to resist as they do taste delicious. According to the label, it is not recommended to consume more than the recommended daily amount (2 or 3 per day), so these shouldn't be left where children might access them. The current price of $19.98 does seem a bit high, but these dummies are the best cranberry/sour cherry supplements I have found.

My dad used sour cherry to treat his UTI infections, and I mostly take cranberry juice and tablets for mine. I was just getting over one as well. This combines both in a great tasting gummy. Keep out of reach of children or they will eat the whole bottle. I have to be careful not to overindulge myself. I used to drink cranberry drinks when working on the road to prevent UTI's as I sometimes don't get enough water. They started releasing cranberry pills and capsules in recent years. They seem reasonably effective, but unlike these they are harder to take. I love chewing tasty gummy supplements, and when they combine fairly palatable ingredients, they can have a decent potency. Recommended.

These work good, but it takes a few days on them to notice a change. If you are looking for immediate relief, this would not help.

After having a couple UTI's years ago a doctor told me to take Cranberry extract and I wouldn't get it again (it is Super painful and debilitating) so I have been taking Cranberry extract products for years and have Never got another infection!!! However never have I taken Cranberry Extract that tastes SO GOOD!!!! These are delicious, much better than taking a capsule every morning!!! Thank you!!!
