I started taking it on May 8th and today is May 31st. I'm 54 female. My nails grew strong and long as never before on my hands and my feet. I bought this formula mainly for my scalp and my severe and rapid hair shedding and thinning. I see hair shedding is decreesing, and I also see small new hair starting to appear on my scalp and my eyebrows and eyelashes are getting fuller too. I'm very grateful to Dr. Berg for developing this formula. I'm also eating clean and high protein all organic, grass fed, pasture raised homemade meals, getting massages once a month, going on daily 45 min walks, drinking herbal teas and water daily, doing weights 2 times per week, using only herbal organic botanical shampoos, taking epson salt baths, using organic jojoba oil on my body and rosemary and other oils for my scalp, and trying to get 7 hours of sleep. Things are slowly getting better. Thete is hope but nothing works alone. It is a combination of many things, consistency, and discipline. Nothing works overnight. There are no such instant miracles. Need patience and love.

I have been using this for a while, and it definitely works. In fact, a lady asked me about my hair and how it's still growing and thick in mid-life, and I recommended this to her because prior to taking this, my hair was not long and thick, so with that said, I highly recommend this product.

I started by using the shampoo and conditioner and I like so much what it was doing that I decided to add the pills. Not everyone will have the same results, like any nutrients it all depends on many other aspects, in my case I'm over 40 and vitamin nutrients inhibitors are my problem, so I have adjusted my food intake to avoid them. With that being said after 1 month of this pills and 3 months of the shampoo and conditioner, I see less of my scalp, my hair feels more full and thicker when I get my fingers in between it. Many of my gray hair have started to grow dark again, I can see the tip of them dark while the rest is white, I was not sure of that being do to the pill but my friend ask me if i was using any product because my hair look darker, and looking in to other reviews there is a gentleman who posted a picture and on day 86 you can see his hair is more darker than the previous 2 other pictures he posted, letting me belive this pills helps with the color specially for ppl with gray hair. I no longer need to wash my hair every other day. It stays longer looking full and being manageable. Also I no longer look like I put oil on my hair, no greasy hair, I forgot when was the last time I went through that. I don't use hair spray, products or oils but I do blowdry so the ends look the same and as soon as I get a haircut I look forward for seeing how long it takes them to turn dull and scruffy. In the picture I added, I just had washed my hair and I love how less of my scalp is visible. Another detail I notice I normally will do my nails every 3 weeks, I had to change my appointment for 2 weeks cuz nails are growing faster, I look forward for seeing if it stays like that during winter when their growth slows down. Also be aware, if this pills work for you, they will work everywhere in your body (that's been my experience) I need to shave more frequently and pluck my eyebrows more often.

My husband loves this and feels it helps with the regrowth of his hairline. He's taken it for about 1 year, and continues to buy it every month.

I just ordered my second bottle because I had great results with this product. I had some thinning hair at the top of my head, and after finishing the bottle, I noticed a big improvement. ! My hair looks fuller, and I'm really happy with the results! Results took about 4 weeks!

With all respect to doctor berg, as i love and use all of his products almost because i trust him. But unfortunately when I used this vitamin along with the hair serum from doctor berg. My face skin became bad reddish and irritated. im using it since two weeks i didn’t see any noticeable improvement on my hair and nails because what improve the hair should improve the nails as well. Plus it makes me always hungry like any other hair product i gain some weight

Fast Delivery Pack well. Average size and is easy to sallow. No funny smell nor taste. Taking 1 tablet daily after dinner, the recommendation is to take 2 a day. Yet to feel any different. Need to monitor further.

Don't buy these expensive hair supplements. Result Zero I still have hair loss problem. I used regularly for 45 days but nothing improved.
