I was struggling to clean our guest house shower because of all the grout and I purchased this and can now confirm the shower is cleaner than ever before without all the chemicals needed. I love this, worth every penny. Easy to use, but if you plan on cleaning floors you’ll need an extension cord. And water capacity is roughly 600sqft if clean +shower.

SLIGHTLY SMALL FOR MY NEEDS BUT WORKS FINE

I recently purchased this steam cleaner from Amazon, and I must say, it has been a complete disappointment from the very beginning. This product turned out to be nothing more than a worthless piece of junk that failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. Allow me to share my frustrating experience with this steam cleaner. First and foremost, the unit failed to produce any steam, rendering it utterly useless for its intended purpose. No matter how long I waited or how many times I attempted to use it, the steam simply refused to materialize. I followed the instructions to the letter, hoping for a satisfactory result, but all I got was a non-functional nightmare. Furthermore, the product's build quality was severely lacking. The flimsy plastic components felt cheap and fragile, and I had a constant fear that the steam cleaner would fall apart in my hands. It's safe to say that this product does not inspire any confidence in terms of durability or longevity. The customer service experience was equally frustrating. When I contacted the company's support team to report the issues, they appeared disinterested and provided no real solutions. It felt like they were merely going through the motions, lacking any genuine concern for my problem. I expected better customer support for a product that clearly did not live up to its promises. To make matters worse, the overall design of the steam cleaner was impractical and inconvenient. The water tank was tiny and required constant refills, which became a hassle during longer cleaning sessions. Additionally, the cord length was disappointingly short, limiting my range of movement and forcing me to constantly search for available power outlets. In conclusion, this steam cleaner was an absolute waste of my hard-earned money. Its non-functional steam production, flimsy build quality, lackluster customer service, and impractical design make it impossible for me to recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this steam cleaner at all costs.

I used the device for 20 minutes cleaning my shower. Did a great job cleaning but the slightest slip of the hand and you will have severe burns. There should be a guard on the handle grip to prevent you from coming in contact with the metal components. It’s a plastic grip, how hard would it have been to put a 1/4” tall circular guard on the end? Steam output is intermittent. You will get about 30 seconds, then wait another minute to get another 30 second burst. Cord length isn’t sufficient for bathrooms as they usually don’t put outlets near the shower. You will need an extension cord if you have a decent size bathroom.

Not enough steam to remove small amount of grease.

Great for deep cleaning, but buy extra brushes!I was so excited to get this Moongiantgo High-Pressure Steamer that I set it up immediately. It works wonderfully without any attachments. The long metal wand is fantastic for sanitizing my bathroom and other areas.However, my kitchen stove had years of caked-on grease that regular cleaning products couldn't remove. I steamed the stove panel and knobs twice without attachments to loosen the grime, then switched to the metal brush. It worked beautifully to lift the buildup, but unfortunately, the brush began falling apart after just one use.Despite the brush wearing out quickly, this steamer absolutely solved a problem I've struggled with for years. I highly recommend it, but I will definitely need to order a replacement pack of metal brushes!

This Power steamer does not have a glass tank as it was advertised in the description it comes with a plastic container.

I just received this item and the small metal wire brush attachments had a whole portion of their bristles yanked out. These are very fine wire and could easily get stuck into your hands and feet or fall into nearby pet food dishes. I was not expecting this to be so when I opened the bag that contained the attachments. I threw those out, so not having safe wired attachments to use with this item gives it a thumbs down
