I absolutely love the scent of this body wash — it’s distinctive, sophisticated, and lingers just enough to feel fresh without being overpowering. My skin always feels soft, smooth, and truly clean afterward. The texture and lather are different from typical body washes — less foamy, but more refined. At first, I found myself using too much, but I’ve learned that two pumps are all it takes for a full shower. A little really does go a long way. Aesop products aren’t the most budget-friendly, but the quality and longevity make them worth every penny. Each bottle lasts far longer than expected, and every product I’ve tried has been consistently excellent. This body wash has become one of my small daily luxuries — simple, effective, and beautifully made.

The best body cleanser out there. Great value for your money. It’s exactly what you expect from a cleanser and leaves your skin so soft and smooth. Hight recommended and how can I forget, the scent is perfect, the cherry on top!

I understand people keep reporting that this smells like chemicals or smells like cough medicine, but what else do you expect when sticking your nose in a bottle containing EXTREMELY concentrated essential oils? I'll be the first to admit that I reacted the same way initially when I unscrewed it to take a whiff, but I actually gave it a chance when I took a shower, unlike the other reviewers on here. The second you put some on a poof or washcloth and begin to suds it (doesn't take much, only 2-3 pumps for me), the scent lessens to a delightful level because it's been diluted to the appropriate level by the water mixing with it. Funny how chemistry works, huh? In the end, it left my skin feeling so smooth and soft, and the residual scent isn't obnoxiously overpowering like a lot of other brands of body wash out there. I'm never going back to my old body wash, and you should take the other reviews with a grain of salt because I guarantee that they didn't even try it in the shower before giving it one star.

Great product. Love the scent!

I fell in love with this soap during a stay at a Roosevelt Hotel for its wonderful fragrance, lather and clean rinse. When I first went to order it, the soap was more expensive than it is now. When I found it again and the price had fallen, I was excited to buy it. Love the scent, however, find it is not as prominent as the product in the hotel. As soon as I rinse, it’s totally gone. I could smell the hotel version on my skin for half the morning but not this. The luxurious lather and clean rinse are still there and I like that about it…just wish the fragrance lasted. I notice the color of the soap is not as yellow/amber as the hotel version; this one is closer to clear with a hint of yellow. No idea if that is related to the fragrance or not.

High quality product that feels and smells fantastic. Makes one feel more wealthy than they are.
