Summer wear in humidity- or too sweaty?

I live in humid SC. It is like wearing a silk scarf. Very light wt. I love it. I love it so much I ordered 3 more. I have to have hospital day visits for infusions and I wear this to them because sometimes I am in the bed while receiving them. However, anything we wear here in humid weather will stick to you at times. If you will look at other offers in this style, there are some as low as 11.99. I put them on hand wash or delicate wash and let them air dry to increase the life of the garment. They usually air dry in about 2 hours.

Are they see through?

If you stand in front of a bright light or the sun, it is a little. If you are in an ordinary room, no it is not.

No the dye does not run!!! Washes wonderfully!! Best Kaftan I have ever ordered!!!!
