Of all the things I've used at bedtime to help me relax nd fall and stay asleep (and trust me I've tried the all), this one is a gamechanger! I'm telling clients and friends, it's that good.

I take probiotics normally and depending on the strains it helps keep me regular but some brands do nothing for me. Solgar has been my #1 choice for supplements.
