I replaced an old incandescent bulb desk lamp with this beauty. As long as you don't need the light source to be high over your desk surface, it is excellent and uses very little electricity. Changing the brightness and light color is easy and fast.

Very good lamp but not as bright as I'd like
I love that you can change the brightness and hue with a short tap. Only that i feel it doesn't illuminate enough on full brightness.

I use this lamp on my nightstand which is perfect because it has a USB port and I don't have to get up to turn off my main source of light. It is very bright but in the best way possible. It's not blinding or unbearable which is perfect for the size of my room. I also love having it on my nightstand because I can easily turn it on in the middle of the night if I hear something or need water. Great purchase
