I’m super pleased with this pillow. I had an expert do a home check today with an xrf machine scanning items for toxic metals, and most pillows and cushions we had tested as having antimony. Except this one, and some other memory foam bedding.This one tested totally free of toxic metals. I’m so happy with that, on top of it being super comfortable. I haven’t had any neck pain anymore ever since I started using this pillow.

I bought this hoping the memory foam was somewhat rigid. This is relative to my needs. Overall the height of the foam isn't as high as my neck requires. The foam also is soft to the point where the support is somewhat lacking. Its not a bad pillow for the sale price I found. The pillowcase is nice and the foam is breathable.

I don’t like the pillow. It didn’t feel comfortable. Also, it didn’t help much to relief shoulder/neck pain.I wouldn’t recommend to people with neck pain. Waste of money.

It is not at all as "fluffed" as the picture appears. When I first got it out of the package it was about an inch high. It did rise a bit after several hours. However, by bedtime it still lacked much of a contour shape to it so it did not offer much neck support. As for the "cooling" component, it stays cool for about 5 minutes and then gets just as hot as any other pillow. Such a waste of money.

Got this for neck pain. I’m a side sleeper and used this for a month. My neck is worse than ever. Not tall enough, quite small. Maybe it would be better for a back sleeper?

I LIKE THIS PILLOW - IT IS FIRM, COOL, LIKE THE COVER AND FAIRLY COMFORTABLE. NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE BIGGER WITH A LITTLE MORE CONTRAST IN DEPTH TO GIVE ME MORE ACCURATE SUPPORT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PILLOW TO ANYONE 5 FT. 11 OR TALLER. I DO NOT THINK IT WOULD WORK WELL FOR YOU. I GIVE IT A 7 AND A HALF.
