Good Coupler for Outdoor Ethernet Connections
I’ve been happy with this iwillink Cat6 waterproof RJ45 coupler. I used it for an outdoor Ethernet connection, and it worked like it was supposed to. The cables snapped in securely, and the waterproof housing feels a lot better than using a regular indoor coupler outside. It’s a handy little part for cameras, access points, wireless bridges, gate equipment, or any spot where you need to join two Ethernet cables and moisture could be an issue. I also like that it’s shielded, especially if you’re trying to keep the connection as clean and reliable as possible. Installation was pretty simple, but you do need to make sure everything is seated correctly and tightened down. Like any outdoor connector, the weather protection depends a lot on how well it’s assembled and where it’s mounted. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars. It’s a solid Ethernet coupler for outdoor use, feels well made, and does exactly what I needed it to do.

While I didn’t put them in the ground, I did use them in an exterior pull box to couple a few Cat6A cables together and they were easy to use and worked out great. I would buy them again when needed.

Very good outdoor connectors
Very good and easy to use. The way the gland assemblies take apart makes is very easy to get a cable with a plug on it easy to get plugged in and made waterproof. If you can some self amalgamating tape round it will help keep water out.
