What is the difference between the black and the white electrodes?

I don’t think there’s any difference. Just for easier visual identification in case you share the same unit with another person but prefer to have separate electrode pads.

Is this compatible with Dynatronics Tens Unit?

I'm guessing it is receptive to the needle type insert should work...

Can i use an ice pack on top of these pads during tens use?

I would not advise using ice packs at the same time that you're using the stimulator. Remove TENS unit, and then apply ice packs. Don't leave your ice packs on for more than 20 minutes, and make sure it is not on bare skin. Then I would reapply the TENS unit to the area if needed.
