Very good training tool.
A lighter than typical ball may seem counter intuitive, but this ball is the real deal. It is very light and presents a challenge to handle. It is sturdy and fast handling. It challenges your reflexes. The difference between handling this ball and an official weight ball is obvious. If you use the Sklz Light ball to practice dribbling and hand to hand ball handling, you will see an improvement in your ball handling skills.

Excellent quality.
Needed a basketball for our son's indoor hoop and did not want a heavy basketball breaking the TV or whatever. This ball is half the weight of a normal weight basketball, and it is the same size as a regular ball. Great deal.
