No, it can't be attached to a key ring.

Is the case a keychain?

No. It is a hard case you can carry in your pocket or purse. Very sturdy with a magnetic closure. Great for traveling.

My left is 1.25 right 1.75. Can I buy two and create one pair with dual power?

Possibly connect 1ea of the 2 separate pairs using the screw in the middle, if it comes all the way out.
