Good for adults.
I use this for myself. I don’t like strong minty flavors. I bought the toothpaste and the mouthwash and both taste good. I like that it has fluoride as well.

It contains 0.05% fluoride and gentle
I have been looking for an ACT anticavity adult mouthwash for some time. My first purchase was what I wanted, but my subsequent purchases have not been the correct item. I decided to try the Kids ACT anticavity mouthwash. The flavour is more cherry than grape but pleasant. It's more gentle in the mouth which I like. I don't know if all the ingredients are the same as the adult mouthwash because the seller has placed a label over the ingredients which I find very frustrating, but the main ingredient, which is 0.05% fluoride is the same. I shall be buying this in future.
