This is about the only thing I have found to help with some serious aches and pains. Not regular ones, either. Like pains from muscle and bone atrophy. Keeping clean diet, no Rx meds, exercise plus this has all really helped. Once things started working out better for pain management, I quit ordering this because it does add up as expensive. I found out that I was doing much better with it, so reluctantly, I am back spending the $ on this. That being said, it works for me and it is not a matter of placebo effect. This with CBD, and (with me) THC, helps relieve body, and joint pain, and relieve PTSD. MSN helps with primarily joint pain enough so I can walk 1.5 miles per day. 😏 Update: (Oct. 1, 202) I frankly got sick and tired of the company e-mailing me requests to write a review EVERY TIME I PURCHASED THEIR PRODUCT. It showed me that one of 2 things was happening (and or a combination of the two). 1. The company was oblivious to the fact that I was a repeat customer FOR OVER A YEAR, or 2. They are the WORLDS MOST INSECURE COMPANY ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH!!! At first, I was concerned, but after the third or fourth REPEAT order, concern turned to annoyance!!! Now I'm at that point where I just said, " Screw it, I'll buy from somewhere else. 🤔😑😕😕😠 Update on Update (11/17/21): Fortunately for the company that makes it, but unfortunately for me, this stuff really works. This morning when I was walking, I noticed pain in my hip, ankle, and knee joints that I never had when I was on this supplement. I'm going back to this supplement, mainly because it works, but don't expect a review after every time I buy it.😕

I ended up trying this for our dogs because of the reviews and I have to say we are super pleased. We have an English Mastiff and some other mutts that are getting older. Have had our mastiff on prescription ramadyl for years and years because he is so ginormous and his knees have always been bad. We ran out of the prescription and he is still doing great just on this green lipped product. We can not believe it really. Its been 2 weeks and I have been planning on taking him in for blood work to get his prescription back but there is no difference with him on this product. My other dog just jumped in the car. JUMPED!!!! She hasn't jumped in a year. I'm not 100% sure that its the green lipped pill but we didn't change anything else so I think it might be working that well for her. I'll see if I can update this again in a few months. I know that is has only been a few weeks so maybe I'm getting ahead of myself but we are very very pleased with this product. I know its just the dogs but I would have NO problem taking this product based on how well the dogs have reacted. I think its the Yucca. I've had my horses on products with Yucca and it has really worked great. I looked quite a while to find something that had Yucca in it.

I've bought these several times. I've also tried many other brands. Some didn't help at all, some helped a little and some helped for a while then stopped for me. I noticed a difference when I first started taking these. After a while I didn't notice as much but I have back pain and chronic pain anyway. I ran out a few times and didn't order again quickly enough. I noticed the pain got worse. Recently I was made very aware of how much difference these make. I had to have surgery and was told to stop taking all supplements for a week beforehand. After the surgery, I wasn't thinking about taking anything immediately. So two - three weeks go by, I'm wondering why my back is killing me. It dawned on me that I hadn't taken these in a while. They really do help. They don't make me feel as if nothing is wrong but it's the difference in getting up and doing things and feeling like I can barely stand up and walk at all. I can tell when I go without. They're made with mussels so they do smell like shellfish. I don't care though. I will continue to purchase these.

"Heres to strong bones/joints" Here is my update on this product as I am aging I notice some stiffness especially if I don't keep active. I am a bike rider and after only taking every other day I am impressed with this "Joint Health Complex" it relieves stiffness and give me excellent flexibility this is fantastic stuff! I recommend this product to anyone who needs proper balance for their joints, bones, and knees. I will definely buy again.
