Delicious green drink. Very vibrant green color and smells good, just like kale. Great product!

Healthy and Yummy
I have wanted to introduce Kale into my diet, knowing about the nutritional benefits, but just don't like the taste of raw or cooked kale leaves. This powder is the solution to my problem. The flavor is wonderful, especially if you mix it into vegetable juice. One thing I have learned is that I find that the powder dissolves better in warm water, so what I do is put about one heaping tablespoon of this Kale powder into about 2 ounces of warm/hot water. Six table spoons into 12 ounces of water from the coffee maker (without the coffee) into a glass jar which I thoroughly mix and keep it in the refrigerator. That gives me about four servings which I add two or three ounces of the liquid into 8 ounces of vegetable juice. So far, my favorite mix is kale powder with carrot juice and a splash of lemon or lime juice. Yummy!

Outstanding product
Simply outstanding in every way: taste and texture are hard to beat.

Very messy!
The only reason giving 4 stars is that this product is extremely messy (especially trying to get the tiny measuring stick out). It should be packaged in a container not a bag. Other than that the product is great and not bitter in shakes like fresh is. Highly recommend

Freeze dried kale is easy to use in smoothies and more
I have been eating Whole Food Plant Based for over 2 years now, and I have made a daily green shake part of my routine. I used to use fresh kale, but the cost added up and I ran out really fast. I looked up different dried options and found out after doing some research that freeze-dried retains more nutrients than regular dried. This kale doesn’t have a strong smell or taste, mixes well in my green smoothies, and is easy to incorporate in other stuff like cereal or oatmeal. I love that it’s organic, as that’s important since leafy greens like kale are on the Dirty Dozen list of foods containing the highest amount of pesticide residue. One thing I did find lacking is the nutrition facts on the label. I know kale has so many additional vitamins and minerals, so with the help of ChatGPT I was able to add several of the likely missing nutrients and save them into Chronometer. I have included this for reference in case anyone is interested. Aside from that minor caveat, I have purchased this multiple times and it is a great value. One bag lasts me about 3 months (about 10 grams per shake). I highly recommend this product if you’re trying to find a way to add more greens to your diet. Of course fresh is best, and I do have spinach in my smoothies too, but this is a great option to add more greens without the high cost of fresh kale.
