How do it come packaged anyone have pics of the packaging?

I do not have a picture but it came in 2 seperate boxes with their label on it. It's also wrapped in plastic inside the box. Pump is wrapped separately from oil bottle mostly likely to prevent spillage.

is the massage ball stainless steel?

The ball is a hard plastic. It works really good.

Can i put ball in freezer to get cold?

I would say the freezer I would say just in the fridge to get it cold so it hits well on the inflamed muscles. That's what I would do.

Just okay

Nice product. Roller ball was nice but wish it had a comfortable grip because my hand started to cramp after 5 minutes. The scent was not what I expected, it smelled like bandaid but you get what you pay for.
