How does this thing handle hills?

Depends on steepness. I can bike easy on gradual ascents but steep hills may be a problem. From my experience with this bike it is good for city biking only.

I am under 5 feet tall. Does seat and handlebars adjust for my height?

Does the seat and arms go down for anyone else while riding it? Anyway to fix this?
