Im taking this for elevated platelets. Iโve read very convincing studies how tomato extract ( this form in particular) can discourage platelets aggregation I have experienced fewer symptoms such as hot flashes and painful feet. My blue toes are now a healthy pink. Consistency is important since the benefits do not kick in right away.
