It was not easy to find a 1/2-inch bit.

We have had to put up and take down hurricane shutters several times over the past few years, and we quickly realized that the process would be much easier if we had a wider Slotted screwdriver bit. The smaller bits were always slipping out of the slot on the bolts, and getting extremely frustrating.I ordered this set mainly because it had a nice wide Slotted bit (1/2 in), and it works perfectly! This has saved me a ton of time and headache, and made the entire hurricane shutter process much easier.I would highly recommend this set for this purpose, and to me it was just a bonus to have all the other bits also for a pretty low price.

Great product for the money. These are great general use.I would not say they are top of the line, but for the price they are great andthey are not so cheap that you scratch your head and wonder why you bought them.Descent product, excellent price.I only gave it 4 stars mainly because, for tools, I am pretty picky on what I give 5 stars.For most, this may be a 5 star item.

If you've used an impact screw driver you know it's hard on bits. These held up. Would buy again - if we loose this set.

The set has an included blue plastic holder and organizer. High quality bits from NAPA usually cost about $1.00 each but you must buy two. This set is equal quality with less spent.I used these bits with the Expert E113711 bit adaptor to adapt my Wilmar W1716 1/2 inch drive quick release finger ratchet to use 5/16 screwdriver bits. I also used these bits with a NAPA 7755957 bit adaptor to adapt my Wilmar W1716 3/8 inch drive quick release finger ratchet to use 5/16 screwdriver bits. The bits install properly in the bit adapters.The manufacturer indicates that S2 High Alloy Steel bits are the strongest and hardest bits available. The Bits are heat treated.I do not plan any impact uses, I use them for general home maintenance, and as an aid in reviewing finger ratchets, thumbwheel ratchets and palm ratchets.High Quality at low cost is hard to beat.

Seems to be of good quality, however I have yet to put any of them to use.

The large flat bit is the exact size needed for Mercruiser Alpha One drain plugs. Works great.

Nice quality. The second largest slotted fitting is a perfect fit for MERC 9.9 outboard lower end oil plugs, which can be a real pain to remove without the right flat head - use a ratchet handle.
