I tested it with an 8x8 inch frame, and it rotated smoothly in both directions (CW and CCW) without any issues. Perfect little gadget for making 360 degree videos of little items. I use it for filming my little item for my business. It is really easy to use. There is a little button to choose if you want it to rotate from the left or the right. The only issue is that it has to be plugged in to work, it is not rechargeable so the wire is visible in the videos, I could have looked for a rechargeable model but this one still works perfectly, with a little bit of work while filming you can make it work so that you don't see the wire. The only real issue with it is that it comes with a non-slip mat, but it is light blue, I would personally have preferred it if it was white to keep the same color has the module, but overall it is a really good product.
