Looks and works great

This has been a great purchase for my father who has dementia but his only complaint it that it doesn’t update the day and date sometimes.

The watch came with a battery installed and a spare battery (2032 coin cell). You set the time zone and set it near a window overnight to update from WWVB. The voice is interesting with a bit of British accent; but, clear and loud. By pushing the buttons in fairly rapid succession you can get time, day and date, and update (from WWVB) status. One issue is that when turning the alarm off and on the word "off" is hard to understand; but, the word "on" is clear.I like it a lot and would recommend it to anyone who has a need, which in my case is a visual impairment.This was my second watch and was purchased as a backup.

Looks Good, Works Great..Well Made but.. The parts that hold the watch together sperate with very little effort. If you dont lose the parts it does snap back together. Kind of annoying.

I had purchased this for my husband for our trip to Italy. Followed the instructions. The watch set it self before we left, as it was supposed to. We arrived in Italy, placed the watch on the window seal. Awoke the next morning to a time not ever close to the actual time, even the minutes were off. We left it, came back after lunch and it had reset, but was still incorrect. It continued to reset all throughout the day, but was never the correct time. When I returned home, I changed the battery. Still does not stay on the correct time. I had purchased it a an early Christmas present, so the window for return was closed, so I am stuck with it.

I like this watch because it’s better than any sports watch I’ve owned. I’m blind so the buttons are easy to operate. I also like the atomic features that make time and date setting worry free. Oh, the girls love how it looks on my arm too! Can’t wait to show it off at work. After buying the last FOUR watch’s from maxi aids I had one that didn’t work and tried to return it. They were extremely rude and denied my claim. My uncle bought that watch in the summer and gave it to me for Christmas and it didn’t work. Took it to jewelry store and they said the watch was defective. So buy ALL of your handicap products from AMAZON! Another great brand from Amazon!

Really clear watch face my father-in-law could read and hear. He has macular degeneration so we were pleased. Nice finish. NOT water resistant ....first shower, watch face gained water. So disappointing. Really liked all the other features though. If it was water resistant and had all these features it would have been perfect. Hopefully this can be resolved.
