I normally add a couple of teaspoons of honey

Q: Do y’all drink it right after 3 to 4 minutes are do y’all let it sit for a lil while longer?

I would suggest letting it sit for maybe another 5-8 minutes to cool off.

Q: Do you suppose to leave the teabag in the cup or do you remove it?

I put the tea bag & water in my cup & microwave for 3 minutes ( I can see it’s boiling). Then I let it steep for 5 more minutes on the counter . I use my tea bags 2 x’s, so I leave the bag in my cup as I drink it...then I use the cup & tea bag for my next drink. After 2 uses it isn’t effective any more. I also use 1 packet of stevia.
