Fits Toyota Echo
These fit the JVC Kenwood radio and Toyota Echo I was installing it in. The only thing to note was the stock location of the the stock brackets need to move when applying these brackets and the JVC radio. Once positioned in the correct holes, everything goes together very easily.

The trimming of the plastic was easy enough to do for this vehicle as it only ...
I used these to install a Pioneer FH-X720BTin a 2005 Sequoia Limited with JBL system. The trimming of the plastic was easy enough to do for this vehicle as it only required a straight line cut. I scored the plastic with a sharp knife and then bent it and it broke cleanly. This product fills the gaps adequately on the sides of the new double DIN aftermarket head unit. The following may help any of you installing a similar head unit on a Sequoia like my '05 (and maybe other models?): At first there was a gap on either side of the unit, but it was because the whole head unit was too far back in the dash, not because these Metra trim pieces are not wide enough. This is not a flaw of the product, but rather I think is a limitation of the factory head unit mounting brackets and the available mounting locations on the Pioneer unit. I installed the brackets as far back on the new Pioneer head unit as possible but there was still a gap. The head unit needed to stick out out of the dash just a little farther. I found a simple solution. I got some 1/2" nylon spacers from Lowe's and some longer mounting bolts (you need 4 of each). The spacers were 1/2" x 0.257" x 1/2" and came in a package of 2, Hillman brand I believe. The longer bolts were M6x30mm and came in a package of 4. You need 4 bolts and 4 spacers. These were found in the specialty drawers on the fasteners aisle at Lowe's. I placed the nylon spacers behind the factory head unit mounting brackets and then fastened the brackets to the vehicle with the longer mounting bolts and the result was that my head unit now sticks out about 1/2" farther away from the dash and into the cabin which solved my gap problem. Now the Metra trim pieces sit more flush with the rest of the dash surrounding the head unit and look more factory. Note: be careful when you're trying to thread the bolts through the nylon spacers behind the factory mounting brackets because if you drop one down into the dash, good luck finding it. Ask me how I know, haha.
