I usually take ValuMeds Fast Acting Dairy Relief Lactose Enzymes, but they are sold out, how do these compare??

Not sure how they compare but they work for me. However I cannot have ice cream and milk no matter the lactose pills:/ They work for cheese and baked good for me.
