It took about an hour to assemble. This is well-made, and the starter lights up on the first try.

Grill doesn't ignite
I received this grill before summer and have used it about 10 times...it's a great little grill...that is till now. I shouldn't have trouble with it so soon. I tried to ignite it several times and now it won't turn on. I even got a new tank thinking it was the tank...nothing. I'm having second thoughts now. I've tried calling customer service of charbroil and been on hold then message came over trying to connect you to someone. Not worth it. Don't buy this...didn't use alot and already having problems. I don't grill alot either.

The leg part sucks
Easy to assemble works amazing but buy a çover if you want it to last.

Defective Manufacturing Poster Child
Product was defectively manufactured through and through. Axel to connect wheels at the bottum was shorter then the last charbroil grill. I bought 5 years ago so now the bar is too short to assemble wheels. One set of legs have rubber stumps on the end like my last grill but you cant insert the rubber tips because the metal legs manufactured are bent so cant insert. Pin to hold legs tying the end not included so no rollers. Had to take off old grill. Will Charbroil ship you new parts? probably but do you want to have 50 pieces strung all over your living room floor until the replacement parts arrive? Save yourself an adventure in agrevation folks and pass on this purchase.

Great grill for the price
Not easy to put together but works great for just me I live in the hot sun of AZ so we will see how long it lasts but I don’t grill often so I didn’t want to spend a lot of $$$

Works just fine
Thankfully, I have a friend who enjoys assembling things and he hammered it out in about 40 minutes. Worked well! No issues. I find that heat retainment isn’t the best with this grill, but it’s also priced accordingly so I didn’t have grand expectations. We will see how long it lasts. I recommend purchasing a grill cover for this as its ability to withstand the elements aren’t the best from what I read.

Terrible grill folks.
Terrible grill. It does not go together properly. Not recommended folks. Instructions are incredibly difficult to follow.
