Are these Toilet Seat Covers flushable and biodegradable?

Dear customer Thank you for your question This toilet seat cover may not be allowed to flush directly. It is covered with a waterproof PE film which can keep you away from germ and water on the toilet seat.We suggest you take it down and throw it into the trash can after use. Thank you for your understanding. From the Jassarydirect team.

where is this product manufactured?

China, I assume I could not read the packaging once it arrived

Is this supposed to come with a small utility knife/razor blade? Was odd to find that inside and was pink...?

I only received the toilet seat covers. Nothing else.
