I would never have been able to purchase this large of a quantity of persimmons for the price I paid so it's a GREAT VALUE. One was 'squishy' which was fine as ripeness heightens the sugar content. I rinsed it and chowed down on it. Thank you for making these available to those of us who don't live in climates where persimmons grow. Wait until fruit is very Orange in color!
I just ate 1st one. It was delicious 😋!

Not all were eatable.
Six of the persimmons were rotten and uneatable and had to throw away. Two were over ripe and had cut the bad parts out. The rest were delicious. Probable too late in the season to order

Received a box of disappointment.
A complete disaster! I only received 4.09 pounds. Not 5. More than half were rotten. The packaging smelled. Most of the others were severely bruised. I order fruit online all the time, and have never received such low-quality fruit. I know what good persimmons look and taste like. These are just awful.
