Lumex ColorSelect Adult Walker with 5" Wheels, Pink, 716270PK-1

This walker is wonderful I love that there are so many colors to choose from and I chose the pink which is so pretty. It was really easy to assemble and adjust the height the push button is easy to push to close up the walker for me I am a younger user so for an older person it might not be as easy but if you use your palm it is easier. The walker is very sturdy and rolls smoothly I chose to buy pink walker balls instead of using the black rubber caps that came with it and I also bought a walker bag which you can see in the attached pictures this walker gives me style and why not if I have to use a walker why not be in style with color it is also the perfect size width the handle grips or 17 inches apart which are perfect I can get thru door ways even the bathroom with the wheels on the outside like I said it is a really great walker it was pink or the blue they are both nice colors

My mother has resisted using a walker for a couple of years now, but it finally got to the point where, with Home health’s help, I was going to insist that she learn to use one. When she saw how cute and sassy this walker is in pink, all of her resistance just stopped, and now she tells everyone what a blessing her little walker has been! Who knew that making a walker in colors would tear down that wall of stubborn resistance!

The Walker arrived a few days sooner than originally posted in shipping details. The packaging was non descript and easy to open. The assembly of the Walker was pretty simple, just snap the front roller wheel legs(wheels are already attached to front legs) and back legs into place. No tools required. The back legs come with the rubber tips already in place. To replace the rubber tips with the smooth glide tips, just simply slide the rubber ones off and slide the smooth glide tips on( if hand strength is weak you will need assistance to replace tips; as they fit very tightly). Walker has adjustable height to fit almost every one. The Walker sides fold quickly and independently, easily fits into car trunk or backseat. The feel of the Walker is lightweight but sturdy. The blue color gives the Walker a nice look.

I purchased this for my father who has had a couple strokes and doesn't walk well. He needs more support than just his cane though he won't admit it. It works fine, extends high enough for him - he's 6'1" and others have him slumping down too far. The color is nice and doesn't look like the typical handicap grey walker. He actually used it outside a few times which is amazing to us. It rolls well, I did swap out the back feet for slides so it is a smooth glide on sidewalks and pavement. I would definitely recommend this walker.

I loved this style of walker, I had it in the past. I like this one better, as the previous one was to short. I have more height choices. Plus this is Purple, my favorite color. The coloration gives it a more cheerful feel. This will be helpful in helping me get around after my surgery. Thank you, and have a great day

Bought the red one for my mom. She had the standard silver one with the 3" wheels from the hospital. I thought the larger wheels would make it easier to get around. I also thought the red would cheer her up a bit. She's not going to get away from using a walker so make it a personal experience. She likes it a lot. I'm considering buying another for indoor use (don't have to clean up when she comes indoors). These seem as sturdy as the standard ones

At first I was skeptical about purchasing this walker. Now that I have it I’m very pleased. I got the soft mauve pink color with black trim which adds a nice feminine touch.It was very easy to put together and the wheels can be either on the outside or inside depending on the door width you need to go through.The walker is sturdy and easily glides over carpet, wood and tile flooring. I left on the original slick foot pads it came with verses the extra rubber ones that also came with it. The rubber ones made the walker difficult to maneuver over carpet. It has plenty of height adjustments for a taller person to someone whom is shorter.It offers good support for a person with balance issues and adds a since of security. It locks and unlocks easily folding for easy transport. I have not used this walker outside so my review is based on indoor use only. I would highly recommend this walker and would purchase it again.

This is a good solid walker. I'll need it after my upcoming hip replacement surgery. I took off a star for the instructions and Graham-field customer service. There were no instructions on how to replace the glide tips with the crutch style tips. I called Graham-field customer service/engineering direct. According to them the glide tips were an "easy hand-turn take off". NOT SO!! Pliers, WD40 inside and out, and heat all failed. I finally got them off by inserting a dowel in the opposite end of the leg and, using a hammer, punched the tip out from the inside. As you can see in the photo there is a four pronged insert to hold the tip on. What you can't see is that there are four of these inserts under the screw. It doesn't seem to me that this was meant for ease of removal at all.
