Is this product same as Wenxin Keli?

No it is not the same. I have purchased this one and the real wenxin Keli and they are different. This one is completely ineffective. I feel I was ripped off. The real one came from China but the USPS lost my last order I am know out $142.00 and no tea. This is a medicine and it works. Don't trust Amazon and USPS.

Does each tea packet contain 255 calories?

No It claims to be 35 calories per packet Each serving

Is this the same as the isatis root combination of isatis dandelion and viola herb instant beverage that dissolves in hot water?

I'm not sure of the combination of ingredients but the tea does dissolve in hot water, and is in the form of "pellets" that you pour from the individual packets.

how do you make the tea? can it be hot or cold?

I have always made it like any other hot tea, by adding boiling water. I have not tried it cold, but you can always heat it if it doesn't seem to be dissolving.
