Heater not working after few weeks of it was delivered early this month. I have a problem with the heater. It’s was working when I bought it but I noticed it was not working 25/12/2022. I need a replacement. It’s not up to a month it was delivered to me. I really need your urgent reply regarding my heater and possible replacement because the weather is not friendly and I need it to keep myself warm.

This is ideal for my downstairs room heating between CH timer period. Two heat settings, but the lowest is enough and can be set to auto click on to maintain the room temperature. Fit for Purpose. The only minus is that the flex plug wire could be longer.

I purchased a plug-in radiator, hoping it would provide some extra warmth during the cold winter months. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, turning a purchase for comfort into a serious safety concern. Firstly, the most alarming issue: the plug started melting! This is a clear indication of a serious electrical fault. A properly functioning electrical device should never have its plug melt under normal operating conditions. This defect could have easily led to a fire, posing a massive risk to my home and family. Moreover, the fuse in the plug did not blow, which is a critical safety failure. Fuses are designed to prevent electrical overloads and fires by cutting off the power supply when excessive current flows through the circuit. The fact that the fuse didn't operate as intended is unacceptable and shows a grave oversight in the product's design and quality control. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the safety of this product. Not only did it fail to perform its basic function safely, but it also put my household in danger. I strongly advise against purchasing this radiator. It's not worth risking your safety for a bit of extra heat.

Gives out a lot of heat and quickly. The only concern I have is the plug getting hot and seeing the picture another reviewer has posted of a melted plug does make me reluctant to leave the heater turned on unattended.

I bought this to help with heating my home having not used the central heating much, when I took it out of the box and plastic wrapper I saw a dent at the front of the heater in the middle at the bottom, I checked to see if it had damaged anything inside but it didn’t seem to have so I put the feet on and plugged it in it warmed up the 10x12 room up within no time and my 2 cats came and sat by it, it’s not very economical so I won’t be using it for too long only when absolutely necessary.

Very good value for money and the size is perfect

Looks really nice mounted on the kitchen wall. I put it on its lowest setting and set the thermostat. Ticks over nicely for background heat. Havent found it anymore expensive to run than any other electric heater. But I would avoid the 2kw setting.

Love the fact that this heater is lightweight. It warms up the room in 5mins.
