I bought these to sleeve all the small cards in the base set of Twilight Imperium 4th Edition, and they worked very well! Not too small and not too large. The sleeves offer a right fit, but not super tight. Make sure you're buying the correct amount!There are some reviews mentioning misprints and some sleeves being super tight. Of course, when sleeving hundreds of cards, there are going to be some sleeves that may fit a little different. In my experience, there was only one sleeve that didn't fit, and I must have used four packs full of sleeves. Others may have different experiences, but mine was very positive. I'll definitely be getting more!

Sleeves fit Twilight Imperium 4 cards PERFECTLY! You really can't tell the difference between cards from the base game/PoK, the Codex 1/2/3 purchased from Etsy, and Codex 4/Discordant Stars printed at home. I've never had sleeved cards before so I had to learn to shuffle them, but it is simple and intuitive. The sleeves are slick and seem sturdy. Can't wait to play with them this weekend! Btw, 400 sleeves was more than enough for all relics, exploration decks (red, blue, green, frontier), objectives (I, II, secret), agendas, and action cards from base/PoK/Codexes 1, 2, 3, & 4. I only sleeved cards that get shuffled.
