A visit to a chiropractor used to fix my neck. But now the ones I’ve seen are less aggressive and less effective. I think this is due to liability from patients getting hurt. After a month of no progress, I found this. It made a significant improvement in my pinched nerve.

I've had poor neck posture for a long time, and I know it's the root of many of my current ailments. I've tried improving my neck posture on my own, but working a desk job makes it easy to forget, and I end up slumping over most of the day. I wanted something to help keep my neck in an optimal position throughout the day – and this device has been a game changer. I was skeptical at first since it costs so much, but I'm impressed with the product and think it's worth the money. It has so many different adjustment points so I can customize it to my specific needs. I love that the chin portion can be adjusted up and down to get the perfect position and provide a good neck stretch. I often wear it in between meetings and at home on the weekend. After each session I feel so much better. I'm not going to lie, I do look a little silly wearing it, but to me that's a small price to pay for the benefits it provides.

This replaced a more expensive one from another manufacturer that I could not get to go under my jawline and when pumped didn't really provide traction. This product has a very good way of tightening the circumference, and starting the traction before pumping. I wish it were HSA FSA though. It is not flimsy, but I do wonder how long it will last before the plastic breaks.

I didn’t believe this would make a difference but it did! This is an awesome device, my neck feels great! It is a “do thst for yourself!”

i've recently discovered that i have a herniated disc in my neck so chronic discomfort while working behind the desk. I'm one day into using the product and so far has exceeded my expectations. First and foremost has alleviated the discomfort, as well as very easy to use and light weight. commenting on some of the other reviews. The key provided is only to periodically tighten the schrader valve (a schrader valve is same used on bicycle tires). To relieve pressure, it's as simple as depressing the schrader valve with your finger. don't need key. Regarding leaking. It's a matter of making sure the handheld pump is properly aligned with the schrader valve. if it leaks, just merely twist the connection and it will stop. hope this review helps in your decision making process.
