Formaldehyde Air Rapid Test Kit, 5th Generation, DIY Testing Indoor Air, North America Edition

Concerned about formaldehyde in Houston air I purchased a good quality air quality monitor. Air was fine outside but higher for formaldehyde inside than expected. Decided to buy one of these kits to cross check it. Don't understand some of the complaints (unless changes were made after they were submitted). Instructions are very straight forward and the color guide easy to read. it matched perfectly with the higher end one. Yes, you can only do one room but if that is all you need this is prefect for you.

Very difficult to use, spills little droplets when using, and difficult to clean up. Not a safe product to use at home considering the chemical in it

I got the package few days ago. Box is wrap with another packaging. Deliver on time.I open the box and fallow the instruction. I know it is a one time testing kit. I fallow the instruction and it works great.I am actually surprise how easy and simple it is. interpretation is easy too. look the color chart and I know in seconds how bad/good air condition was.I am very recommend this kit for the parents to test the air condition for your kids!

I had bought a couple pieces of furniture that I wasn’t aware were made with formaldehyde gas. I didn’t want to expose my children so I bought this test to be sure. This test helped me see how much gas was in the air and once I discovered how much there was, I got rid of the furniture.

:( Don't like that you have to buy two of these kits to accurately complete the testing, but they don't tell you that anywhere until you go to get the results.

This product has very clear instructions with pictures on the box. It is very easy to use and test the environmental Formaldehyde concentration in air. I realized that the kit has to be used soon after the box being opened. So prepare everything well when you use it. It can show the result soon between 1-2 hours. Nice and easy used product if you need it.

it is easy to use，but I am not sure it‘s accurate or not. Just reassure yourself.

We bought 2 kits for our new house, we have very young children at home, so we want to make sure the place is safe before we move in. one kit had a vial that leaked and the other kit had one vial completely missing. We just spent $40 on nothing, this is just unacceptable.

Some of the dark liquid had leaked out of the bottle during packing or shipping so I am not sure that the test was accurate.

Bought 2 kits, but one kit has a vial missing, which wasted me $20...
