I found the same issues i bought two bags of 100g and in both of them I had the same issues! ''Very very poor quality and there are control issues, big ones in fairness. I've found stones in this and chopped up twigs with proper bark on and everything. Considering this should be classed as food or at least a food additive /preparation then this product should have been sorted better before reaching the customer. This is a bag of chopped up Ginkgo leaves. It has way way more stalks than I'm used to and they are whole length. I haven't bought chew Ginkgo for a few years. I simply want to chew it but that is barely possible with this poor quality and rather expensive item. I should not be scared of breaking my teeth. I also worry about what other plant sources could be in this if they didn't even spot the stones or branches when sorting/chopping up the leaves. I've worked in the food industry for decades and if our supplier sent us an ingredient for sorting that had avoidable stones (ie not a root based product) in it would be logged flagged and reported. If it kept happening we'd educate then, if needed, eventually replace supplier. Never would a product go out to the customer with foreign body/non food and/or non expected items in there. This is a bag of leaves from a tree so it's even less acceptable. Due to the very poor sorting and quality of my 1st product I will not be buying from this supplier again. ''
