Doesn’t work
I actually bought these computers a year and a half ago. I was going to give one to my mother-in-law and then she passed. I totally forgot about them and we just moved and I rediscovered them.. I pulled them out of the box, and they don’t work. Of course, it’s way too late to return anything. Very disappointed.

Good value
For the money, it's great. However, the sound is a little low and you can't use certain apps. But other than that it looks nice. Feels nice. Battery charges great I would recommend.

Said it was a touchscreen.. it isn't.... twice
UPDATE* sent the other Chromebook back because it wasn't a touchscreen ( I'm legally blind so touch screen is important to me) the replacement still wasn't a touchscreen and on top of that the back of the screen popped out so the laptop doesn't open all the way asked for a refund immediately and I will send it back....again*. I was using this for a culinary class and needed to touch the screen to zoom in on the videos, but I tried every " fix" for this including the enable/ disable shortcut and power wash command to reset the entire device. I don't think this device is actually a touchscreen because the commands didn't work even after the reset.... Really bummed that this appears to be a bait and switch scam
