5 (five) stars. And no one star less. I am not a pro, I use 3-5 pounds of strings a year, and I am personally familiar with five-six types of strings. Each time I study the ratings to make a choice. My "meadow" is a rocky slope with bushes, grass is present too but it is the softest of what is there. I have never had such a strong string trimmer line. I was surprised that four experts rated this string one star in the Amazon rating, I decided to understand the reasons that I do not see and read these reviews. Here is the result: out of four, two indicate the wrong (!) size, while they do not specify what exactly is wrong, one specialist gives one star due to the fact that one string charge is enough for him only for 30 minutes of work, it is good that he honestly pointed out that his trimmer head does not have 15 feet of string spooled, it uses pre-cut pieces of string with the lengths - attention -6.5 - drum roll - INCHES! 6.5 inches for 30 minutes = one star?! And another dude wrote that the string was perfect, great, and generously gave it one star for it. But this world is not completely hopless: there still are 75% users who gave 5 stars. And this is a really honest 5 stars. All five.

This did not do as well as I’d hoped on thick grass. The weight of the string slows the head speed just enough that it bends some of the grass rather than cut it. Where this line excels is on clearing trails and overbrush through woods where it’s more sticks and thick stalks. With thinner line,I’d have to add more line every five minutes. This stuff lasts and cuts really well, though thinner line works better on regular grass.

This is now my favorite string. does a great job on weeds and grass. I keep a heavier string for areas with more rocks but this string cuts through weeds better and doesn't bog down my weed whacker like the heavier string does.

I have a 4 cycle Craftsman weed trimmer for which I always purchased the very expensive craftsman line (10 pieces in a pack at $6.00 to $10.00 per pack, ridiculous prices). Our local Sears shut down and the closest K-Mart didn't have it, so when I ran out, I was frustrated that I couldn't find any locally and quickly. When I finally found this product on line, I was skeptical due to it being so much cheaper. My weedeating is around fence lines, so it is more light brush than an easy grass trim. I just cut this line to the 16" length my trimmer requires and install it like I did the Craftsman line. It is a smoother line, but seems just as strong. I have used it around 500 feet of pasture fence so far and I cannot tell any difference in it than the expensive Crafstman line. Plus this roll will last a while whereas with the packages of 10 pieces, I ran out quite often. I wish I would have found this product much sooner. One thing I would recommend to the seller, is that in the description of the product, it's compatibility with Craftsman trimmers be mentioned. It took me forever to find this product on-line due to searching for Craftsman, not just weed trimmer.I would definitely recommend this product to those who have been buying the much more expensive packages of 10 pieces.

For years I have wanted to find string trimmer line that lasts a long time and doesn't break inside of the head. I finally found it. This product won't exactly change your life, but it does eliminate a completely unnecessary source of frustration. I do a lot with my string trimmer; and with the best product I could find locally, I had to re-load the line twice, each time I did the yard. With the LoNoiz 0.130-inch line, I re-fill the head every other time, and I've never had to dig broken line out from inside of the head. I did have to enlarge the cut-out slots in the spool to allow this thicker line to fit (took 90 seconds). Also, whereas with the standard line I wrapped about 15 feet into the spool, with the LoNoiz line, because it's thicker, the spool only holds about 8 feet of line -- but who cares -- 8 feet of LoNoiz lasts for two trimming sessions, where the 15-feet of standard line lasts for one-half of a trimming session. Make your life easier, and switch to this stuff.

It is by far the longest lasting line I have ever used I’ve used many different kinds this beats them all. If you don’t enjoy a change in line all the time try this one you will not believe the difference. Made in the USA.

Used in an echo srm3020 it lasts long while tackling the densest of weeds. For comparison sake .105 and .095 echo black diamond would instantly disintegrate within 5 seconds of cutting heavy stuff.

LoNoiz line is the best I've ever used! I trimmed the ditch in front of our house, first time this season, so it was tall and very heavy. My timmer head has two slots with 2 cams to hold the line in place, easy to put in new pieces when the old one wear down or break off. I did the whole area 150' never had to change the line, cuts were clean so the weeds didn't tangle around the head as usual when weeds are 3' - 4' tall. Cut the time to complete to 1/4 of the time with all other lines!. In addition, the line looks the same as when I started! I bought a 3# 455' spool, at this rate it will last a life time!
