Will the clamps fit a Shapeoko pro xl Cnc machine with a hybrid table?

I'm not familiar with the CNC machine you mentioned but if it uses a universal t-track, they will work beautifully.

What is holding force of this clamp?

I don’t know the specific amount of force but they’re quite sturdy. I’m using them on my tablesaw crosscut sled and I’ve never had an issue with them holding the work piece.

Will this work with the miter T track that the manufacture sells?

Probably not, as the PowerTec “miter” T-track has an upper opening dimension of 3/4”; too large for the T-bolts that come with these clamps. They would lift right out.
