Does it work for ingrown hair

This is better for exfoliating dead skin , more even toned skin , moisturizing & using for the dead skin on feet. For ingrown hairs it’s better to use a lotion or product with lactic acid, Glycolic Acid or SA. Do not pick or irritate the ingrown hairs. Of course talk to your doctor or dermatologist first.

Is this best used once body is wet or dry?

Dry. I scrub down my whole body before getting my skin wet and it leaves me skin very soft and silky smooth. It doesn't waste very much when you do that way.

Is the label removable?

It appears that it it can be removable.

What happens if it accidentally freezes?

If you have it on your body at the time it freezes, that could be a serious issue. Seriously, I have had it delivered and left outside and it froze before I came home. It thawed with no difference in texture.
