I haven't started it yet, but there is NO SCOOPER so hoe am I supposed to knoe how much im taking?? Thr last thing I want to do is take the wrong dose and either take too little to notice or too much to excreted. Please put a scooper!!!

I like that Nootropics Depot products are ISO certified analytical lab and cGMP certified production facility, and the only ingredient is Uridine Monophosphate . This form of Uridine works better if held sublingually under the tongue . I use for pre work out.

They don't give you a scoop and the actual dosage must be pretty small. I went through it way too fast because had no way to measure the recommended dose. Would not recommend.
