I did not get any screws with the handles and I can not find any, easily, that fit or match. What am I to do?

The screws should come with the pulls in the item package. If you don't get any screws in the package, please send email to us to tell your order number, We will work out a satisfied solution to you.

Is this product easy to use?

Just make your measurements and mark where the screws will go. Predrill small starter holes for the screws and screw the handles into place. Super easy. We had all the drawers in place in the cabinet and used a yardstick both horizontally and vertically. This was on newly constructed drawers, so we then finished sanded the drawer fronts to remove pencil lines added stain and varnish then put on the handles

The 20 pack of these say "length: 96mm width: 30mm" but photo and the 15 pack says "80mm x 32mm. what size are the 20 pack?
