Wonderfully comfortable, the massager is heaven.

This chair isn't worth the price. Looks nice, but very uncomfortable, slippy fabric means you can't sit in it without slipping out. The heat barley works, the massage is very loud and vibration can be felt throughout the house! You can not return, you have to pay for a courier which is very expensive so not worth it, contacted the seller who offered some money off but not a refund so I'm left with a chair I can not sit on. Not happy with this item or the service received would not recommend

We are very pleased with our chair. It was strange at first, as only one box arrived. We emailed the seller who responded quickly and explained the second box will arrive the following day. Sure enough it did. My son and husband had no problem assembling it. The chair is so comfortable and reclines all the way back and the lift tilt is also very good. The extra luxury if course is the massage and heated seat settings. Would highly recommend the chair and company

I received my chair today and I’m very pleased with the quality of this product. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable to sit in. The heating and massage components are a bonus. I would recommend it to anyone who requires this type of chair.

Delivery was a bit unreliable I was told it was coming on a Friday but it actually turned up 2 days earlier, it was ok the delivery guy managed to get it in the house on his own as my dad wasn’t able to help. The chair came in two separate boxes on two different days it had no instructions so remember to fit the sides 1st then the back of the seat last plus there are some metal fittings which after a while I realised they fitted to the rear of the base to help stabilise the chair when reclining. Overall my dad is very satisfied with his new chair.

This chair has good dimensions, its a good fit behind the knees, unlike others I have had, but the mistake I made is getting one with massage in, I can't sit on the chair for long, (which defeats the object as I have just had an abdominal operation and needed one), because it is extremely uncomfortable for me, I can feel the massage points through the material and it causes me pain after a short while, I have tried a memory foam cushion on it, but it makes no difference, I must add that I have a very sensitive body/ arthritis, and have occasional sciatica plus back pain, others may not be bothered by the feel of the massage points, but if you are anything like me, I would advise against this chair, as I have wasted a lot of money.

The. chair is great as I have already had 2 but this is close to door and when reclined there is no room all the packing was reciceled
