Lexx Trike 4in1 VIP Smart Kid's Tricycle 3 Wheel Bike Removable Handle & Canopy New Gold

The trike itself is good quality and we like it. There were numerous problems with the assembly. Directions were incomplete, rear wheel covers rubbed on the tires, front wheel keeps falling off. If I didn't have someone with the ability to fix the problems and get it put together it would have been returned. We are still encountering different things going wrong.

Very hard to assemble. My grandson loves it and it fits him well as a one-year-old.

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to do it for this one to do it justice. We bought this tricycle in blue for our 2yr old. My husband got it together rather fast but we had issues with the rear wheels covers rubbing off the wheels. We tried everything and it didn't fix the problem. I contacted duranglobal (seller) for this issue and got a prompt reply with this picture attached. Turned out we had misplaced a tiny piece which caused the whole issue lol. I'm putting up the picture they sent us so you guys avoid the mistake altogether. I've never received a better customer service, they were really patient and helpful. We had issues with the foot rest as well and they sent us a new one right away. The tricycle is beautiful and our son loooves it. It's definitely a head turner, I've received compliments on it every single time we take it out for a spin. I couldn't be happier with this tricycle, 100% recommend it!
