When all else fails to help my painfully dry mouth one of these helps tremendously. I don't just live with dry mouth- I have calcified salivary glands that haven't produced moisture for years. There are no dry days and normal days, 25 years of progressive Sjogrens Syndrome mean dry days are the normal days and cracked swollen days are bad. Keeps the mouth moist and soothes coughing

I am very satisfied with the MedActive Oral Relief Lozenges, this is the second time ordering. I have dry mouth that exceeds the normal, this lozenges takes care of the severe dryness in my mouth that I no longer gag. Thank you for a quality product.

Doesn't last for dry mouth.

this is the best sugarless lozenge I could find, since I have a very bad dry mouth. It is not the cheapest, but lasts longer , and seems more feective too.I would give it actually a 10 star rating.

these are fabulous for sjogren's sufferers. well, they are for this one. they definitely get your saliva flowing and they don't melt too quickly. my daughter is on a medication that dries her mouth and she is also a fan.
