I want to customise my Xbox Series X controller — will these brass thumbsticks fit it?

Yes. These brass bullet thumbsticks fit Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS4 and PS5 controllers, giving a custom look in place of the original sticks.

Does the package include the tools and instructions to install them?

No. The listing notes that open tool and installation instruction are NOT included. Prepare your own opening tools before starting the swap.

Can I use these to replace worn out sticks, or are they only for a custom build?

Both. They work as a replacement or fix for old worn controller buttons and also as a styling upgrade for a custom controller build, refreshing the look of an existing pad.

How difficult is the installation itself?

The listing describes them as easy to install. Since no instruction guide is provided, follow a teardown reference for your specific controller model before opening the shell.
